Body Composition Analysis 15 mins £20

This service will provide you with an analysis of your body composition – your body’s LEAN and FAT weight. With guidance from a fitness instructor, it will help you to achieve the correct body composition for health and allow for discussion on changes that will benefit you in terms of your resting metabolic rate which helps you to assess your daily calorie requirements. Please note that for best results, with repeat tests, it is recommended that eating, drinking caffeine and alcohol or performing strenuous exercise should be avoided where possible 4-5 hours before the test.
