FINE DINING | LOCAL PRODUCE | COUNTRYSIDE SETTING

The impeccable food at Eastwell Manor is heavily inspired by the Kentish country side where the stunning stately home is situated.  After all Kent is called ‘The garden of England’ so it makes sense to explore the foods within this garden of plenty.

All the dishes are made with local produce and with great care, transformed into elegant dishes. Cooking with the seasons is a must as we use local hunting grounds and a local shipper. Within our brasseries and bars we have spent a great deal on getting the details right.  Local apple and pear juice, ice creams and even the jam on our afternoon tea comes from down the road.

The idea for our menu is to let the quality do the talking and combined with traditional cooking and a touch of contemporary culinary techniques the dishes are a mixture of brasserie, continental flavours and modern British cuisine.  The kitchen is an artist’s studio not a laboratory so we concentrate on substance and not only style.

The food at Eastwell Manor has it’s renowned classics that may remind you of a boutique London restaurant however we can also offer the advantage of being surrounded by outstanding natural beauty in the heart of Kent and ideal for those looking for a change of pace from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
