A message from our Owners and Chief Executive Officer

Dear Friends of Eastwell Manor,

As COVID-19 escalates further, we wanted to take a moment to thank all of you for your ongoing support during this unprecedented time.

At Eastwell Manor we have been meticulously following government guidelines since the beginning of the outbreak overseas. So, it is with a very heavy heart, that we announce today that we will temporarily close the doors to Champneys Resorts, Eastwell Manor and Mottram Hall due to the ongoing crisis.

Ultimately, the wellbeing of our guests and our employees is our top priority. And in light of the latest advice regarding the spread and severity of this new disease, we truly believe this is the best course of action to safeguard everyone. If you are a Club Member or have an existing spa booking, our staff will be in touch with next steps.

Although our doors may be closed, our commitment to your wellbeing will continue. We will endeavour to keep you upbeat and entertained through our social media channels in an effort to lift your spirits and make self-isolation that little bit easier.

As the country pulls together we are driven by 95 years of heritage and a robust British spirit that has helped us weather many storms over the years.

We wish you and your families’ good health. And, we hope everyone takes time to rest and look after themselves. When the cloud lifts and you are ready for a breath of fresh air, we’ll be here waiting with our loyal staff by our side, to alleviate cabin fever with a soothing spa break.
