Bookings and Payment Policy
It is advisable to pre-book all treatments and packages. Full pre-payment is required for all bookings which includes all Pamper Days and all single treatments.
These pre-payments are non-refundable.
Please be advised that our cancellation policy is that appointments may be cancelled and re-booked (subject to availability) up to two working days prior to the
first appointment for all therapies and treatments and up to seven working days for all Pamper Days and/or Pamper Packages. Pre-payment will be forfeited for
any cancellation or ‘no shows’ occurring within these time constraints.
All major credit cards are accepted.
Facilities
Changing rooms with individual lockers are provided for the convenience of all guests. Gowns are not supplied for one-off treatments.
Health Note
We would like to point out to pregnant ladies that some therapies may be unsuitable. Other clients who are postoperative may also find that some therapies are
unsuitable. Please discuss these matters at the time of making your reservation and if you are in any doubt please discuss with your medical practitioner.
Guests are requested to advise their therapist if they have any medical condition that has not been noted on their consultation sheet.
We are unable to undertake foot treatments for any client who is currently suffering from any viral foot infection or who has verrucas.
We regret that no refunds can be made and because of the specialist nature of various treatments it may not be practicable to offer any reasonable alternative.
Refunds
We regret that no cash refunds will be given on any treatments, sales or vouchers.
Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
We cannot and do not take any responsibility for loss, damage or injury to either yourself or your belongings within the premises and/or grounds of Eastwell Manor.
Details are correct at time of going to print and the Management reserves the right to alter or amend any of the treatments, packages, details or prices without prior
notice.
