SOUS CHEF
Previous experience in a similar role producing food to a 2 Rossette standard along with a strong management background is essential
CHEF DE PARTIE
Must be able to demonstrate a flair and skill to produce high quality food for the fine dining restaurant and private dining outlets.
COMMIS CHEF
Must have a desire to succeed and willingness to develop in this fast pace environment. Previous experience would be an advantage
